Drink or not drink cofee ¿?


Most of the people like to drink coffee. It is one pleasure that people can´t avoid in their daily life. Some people drink it in the morning, at night or all the day. Many people think that is not healthy to drink coffee. There are some positive and negative effects of the coffee:
Pros
·      Caffeine awakes you when you are fatigued or bored.
·      Coffee prevents you of some diseases like cirrhosis, colon cancer, asthma, the development of gallstones and may lower the incidence of Parkinson.
·      It has many anti-oxidants of green tea; they help the cells of your body.
·      Coffee has a diuretic effect and it may reduce the incidence of kidney stones.
·      It has anti-allergic properties.
·      Coffee makes you be more aware and alert.
Cons
·                 ·   Coffee may be addictive.
·                 ·  It contains some carcinogens substances such as caffeine and some chemicals.
·                 ·    It raises the blood pressure.
·                 ·   Many of its chemicals irritate your stomach causing digestive disorders.
·                 ·   The sleep is affected by the coffee.
·                 ·  Coffee contributes to caries in the teeth.
·                 ·  Because of its diuretic effect it causes loss of vitamins and minerals.
·                 ·  Coffee may aggravate osteoporosis.
·                 ·  It increases the stress in people that drink it every day.
 Now we know what the effects of the coffee in our bodies are. We have to be aware of the amount of coffee we drink. Also it is important to remember that everything in excess is harmful for our bodies.

  2. Not true! I only drink one cup a day! My doctor wife says thats okay!
