One Saturday night two friends and I went to Starbucks because one of them named Vale was very hungry and also we wanted to know about our parents and other friends, because in Linden we haven´t Internet. It was the first day we will go to this Starbucks so we don´t know how to arrive there, but we remembered that someone had told us that we have to take the bus number 7 in order to arrive there. At 9 o´clock we took the bus and we asked the bus driver where the Starbucks was, he told us and finally after walking some blocks we arrived there. We ate, drunk coffee and chat with some friends. Time passed and we decided to return, we realize it was 11 o´clock, it was raining, we don´t know how to return and we only have one hour because our curfew is at 12 o´clock. We ran but we didn´t know where we can get the bus, the streets were alone and dark, all the stores were closed and we didn´t know what to do. We went to a bus stop and stayed there for many minutes but any bus passed, so we decided to walk. We don´t know any street, my friends and I hadn´t ever been there, all the houses looked like in a scary movie, we were very scared. We were walking in a street and suddenly a car stopped besides us, we didn´t know what to do if run or cry, I will start crying but the driver turn around to saw us and continue their way. Vale, Clau and I were expecting the worst; after we walked for several minutes a Convenience Store appeared, we felt release. I asked the casher if he knew where Jackson´s Square was and he answered me with this question: What is that? I wanted to die. It was 11:30 and the three of us decided to continue walking, we took the right street but then we realized to return and to take the left street. When we were at the corner Vale turned around and saw a bus, we ran as faster as we could to get it. It was the same bus that we took the first time, I feel release and I have never felt as relaxed like when I got on the bus that night. Finally we arrived to our residences at 11:45; I will never forget this experience.

It's very easy to get lost in a city you don't know. It's happened to me many times while traveling. It can be very scary....
